One of the biggest challenges facing the FE Colleges currently is meeting and administering the governments newly introduced Gatsby Benchmarks. Government Strategy states that students should listen to an employer talking about how that subject is relevant in the work place and to be delivered to groups where a meaningful engagement takes place.
